This program was a continuation of the three-session wellness coaching workshop, designed to help participants solidify their vision and goals while fostering sustainable habits. Over 28 days, participants tracked their progress toward a specific goal, supported by nightly Zoom meetings called "Group Growth Insight," where they shared their learnings, challenges, and achievements in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Structure and Implementation
Daily Accountability: Participants tracked their goal progress each day, using insights from wellness coaching to build consistency and motivation.
Group Growth Insight: Held nightly from 10–11 PM, these Zoom sessions provided a space for reflection, shared experiences, and peer support, creating a strong sense of community and accountability.

This course contributed an essential dimension by exploring the art of speech-making, focusing on effective communication during nightly Zoom sessions.
